Fresh strawberries
8 oz Cool Whip
For the Crumbs:

16-18 golden Oreos, crushed
3-4 oz butter
3 oz strawberry jello

For the Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz Cool Whip
For the Glaze:

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3-5 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Crush 16-18 Oreos and mix with 3-4 oz of melted butter. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the crumbs slightly firm up. Add 3 oz of strawberry jello to the crumb mixture and coat the waffle cones with it.

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream the softened cream cheese for 3-4 minutes until smooth and free of lumps. Scrape the bowl at least twice during this process.

Add the sugar and flour to the cream cheese and mix until well combined and fluffy. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Stir in the vanilla extract and Cool Whip, mixing until the filling becomes light and fluffy.

Bake the cones at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool. Fill each cone with the prepared cream cheese filling.

Top each cone with chopped fresh strawberries.

In a medium-sized bowl, place the powdered sugar for the glaze.

Gradually add the heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency for the icing or drizzle. Mix in the vanilla extract, ensuring it is well incorporated. Immediately drizzle the glaze over the filled cones.

Serve and savor the delightful Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle Cones, a perfect fusion of fruity and creamy goodness, with a touch of sweetness and a crunch of Oreo crust. These treats are sure to bring joy to any occasion and leave everyone craving for more.
