- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in melted chocolate and pour over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- In a small bowl, mix coconut flakes and chopped pecans, and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
