  1. 1 package Oreo cookies
  2. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  3. 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 4 large eggs
  7. 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  8. 1 cup coconut flakes
  9. 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Fold in melted chocolate and pour over the crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  7. In a small bowl, mix coconut flakes and chopped pecans, and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
