Instructions
- Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F. Spray a mini muffin pan with baking spray to ensure easy release of the brownie bites. Set the pan aside. - Melt the Chocolate and Butter
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and dark chocolate morsels. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir until the mixture is smooth. If needed, microwave for an additional 30 seconds to melt any remaining chocolate. - Prepare the Batter
Add the granulated sugar, flour, eggs, and salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the brownies tough. - Fill the Muffin Pan
Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop or measuring spoon, divide the brownie batter evenly among the mini muffin cups. This ensures consistent portions and even baking. - Bake the Brownies

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and caramel sauce until smooth and creamy. This should take about 3–5 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure all the ingredients are fully incorporated. - Frost the Brownie Bites
