- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers 🍪
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Rice Krispies Base
- Melt Butter & Marshmallows:
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Add Rice Krispies:
- Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal, making sure each piece is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Cool Slightly:
- Remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly so it’s easy to handle.
Step 2: Prepare the S’mores Sushi Roll
- Prepare the Surface:
- Lay a large piece of parchment paper or wax paper on a flat surface.
- Spread Rice Krispies Mixture:
- Spread the Rice Krispies mixture evenly over the parchment paper, pressing gently to form a rectangle.
- Add Marshmallow Fluff:
- Drizzle marshmallow Fluff over the center of the Rice Krispies layer, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle Graham Crackers:
- Evenly sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the marshmallow Fluff.
- Add Chocolate:
- Drizzle chocolate chips (or Nutella) over the graham crackers.
Step 3: Roll and Slice
- Roll the Sushi:
- Carefully roll the Rice Krispies mixture up like a sushi roll, using the parchment paper to guide it.
- Slice:
- Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, resembling sushi rolls.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
- Serve:
- Arrange the pieces on a plate and enjoy your sweet, s’mores-inspired sushi!
