Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.
  2. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings according to your preference.
  4. Transfer the dressing to a glass jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid. Store it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
  5. Shake well before using, and enjoy it drizzled over your favorite salads or dishes.
