Ingredients
Scale
- ounces of cream cheese
- 1 cup (125g) of confectioners’ sugar
- 8 ounces of whipped topping
- 1 package (3 ounces) of orange-flavored gelatin mix
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) of peaches, finely chopped and drained
- 2 cups (100g) of mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup (109g) of pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
- Start by taking a large mixing bowl and beating the cream cheese with the confectioners’ sugar. Continue beating until the mixture becomes smooth and has a fluffy consistency.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping. Then, add the dry orange gelatin mix, the chopped and drained peaches, and the mini marshmallows to the bowl. Mix these ingredients thoroughly.
- Once everything is well combined, place the bowl in the refrigerator. Let the mixture chill for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set properly.
- Just before you’re ready to serve, sprinkle the finely chopped pecans over the top of the dessert for a crunchy texture and nutty flavor.
