- 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
- Begin by assembling all your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Whisk them together and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown, which should take about 5 minutes.
- Pour the previously prepared honey mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Continue to cook and stir the chicken. The chicken should be cooked through (no longer pink in the center) and the sauce thickened after about 5 more minutes.
